Job Description

General Details
  • Working Hours – 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift/EST)
  • Cab & Meals – Cab facility & one-time meal facility will be provided
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Working on direct IT client requirements on a day to day basis. 
  • Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
  • Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites. 
  • We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long term opportunity. 
  • Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model. 
  • Should have previous success in VMS/MSP model.
  • All candidates should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggressive environment
Candidate’s Profile
  • Minimum 2-5 years of Experience in US Staffing.
  • Good understanding of IT terminology and US staffing industry. 
  • Minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or under-graduate with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must possess excellent Communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment. 
  • Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
  • Should be having hands on experience on working with direct clients.


  • Primary Focus: Canadian Banking (TD Bank experience is highly preferred; experience with BMO, RBC, or CIBC is acceptable).
  • Regional Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Ontario market and Canadian labor compliance.
  • Market Versatility: Candidates must have a dual-market background, ideally an 80/20 or 70/30 split between Canadian and US recruitment.
  • Skill Categories: Proven success in sourcing for IT and Professional/Non-IT banking roles.
