Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 3 years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years in semiconductor/VLSI hiring.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor engineering roles, tools, and skillsets (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics, Verilog, SystemVerilog).
- Proven ability to close niche, senior, and urgent positions in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience hiring for global semiconductor clients or large design centers.
- Knowledge of fab operations, packaging/testing roles, or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong networking with VLSI engineering communities and universities.
